BEVERLY FENIG has been an instructor in the english department at Qcc since 2000. her poetry has been published in such small press journals as A Shout in the Street and the CUNY Women’s Coalition Journal, and she has been a guest reader on WBai and at dr. generosity’s Poetry cafe in Manhattan. recent work has been accepted for publication by Poets Wear Prada Press and by Poetica Mag. she often writes about gender issues and about her struggles in embracing an observant Jewish lifestyle.
