Scott Reeves is a Professor of Music at the City College of New York and has also been on the faculties of the Juilliard School, University of Southern Maine, Virginia Commonwealth University, University of Memphis and Western Washington University. He is the author of jazz improvisation texts, compositions and arrangements for large jazz ensemble, and a noted New York-based performer, recording artist and clinician.
